GastroBro is a SaaS suite we are building for European gastronomy operators — owners and managers of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs — to automate, manage, and track their daily financial performance across costs, profits, material, and staff.

The industry is being squeezed as younger generations go out less. GastroBro brings clarity and governance to operators under pressure, so they can optimize margins with real data instead of gut feel.

FarmClub is bespoke software for US farms that host overnight stays and on-farm experiences. It combines booking, discovery, and an e-commerce layer so farms can sell stays, experiences, and products to the same guest.

The result is a modern distribution channel tailored to the kind of creative, design-forward farms that do not fit neatly into generic travel marketplaces.

A Chrome extension built for TradingView analysts and traders who chart all day. It replaces slow, clumsy mouse work with a dense set of custom keyboard shortcuts and workflows, so professionals can execute and analyze at the speed of their keyboard.

We designed it, built it, shipped it to the Chrome Web Store, and now support the growing base of weekly users — end to end.

We led the design and delivery of agentic AI MVPs, PoCs, and pilots across multiple industries, including public sector, using a full-stack approach with Python and modern web frameworks.

We architected and implemented multi-agent systems with RAG on Gemini Enterprise, integrated them into client data landscapes, and supported RfP cloud architectures linked to CHF 100k in deal value.

We combined enterprise full-stack delivery experience with AI-native development workflows to ship multiple user-facing products and demonstrate adoption in real usage.

In a DACH delivery context, we delivered modern full-stack web engineering with React and Next.js, and applied rapid AI-assisted delivery to launch hosted products and browser extensions that solved concrete workflow problems.

We built a platform aimed at deploying custom video-intelligence and deep-learning models on edge devices for real-time performance.

We complemented this with applied NLP automation by delivering automated email-response workflows using modern NLP model stacks including GPT-2 and BERT.
